Returns

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear pictures or a video of the product

• A short description of the issue

The product should be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Products cannot be returned if they have been used, damaged by the customer, or are returned without their original packaging.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For Cash on Delivery orders, please cancel before the order is dispatched.

Refunds

If the return is approved because the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund according to the situation.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment method and bank/payment provider.
